Instructions
Using your white cardstock, die cut 2 of the shorter decorative strips using your Decorative Pockets Accents Die. Die cut 1 decorative circle from the Butterfly Kisses Decorative Die set. Die cut 1 tag from the Ornamental Tags Die set. Stamp your "Best Wishes" sentiment from the Celebrate Love Stamp set using Smokey Gray ink.

Using your Smokey Gray ink stamp your row of Tulip flowers 3 times. Color your flowers with the Pearlescent Coral ink and highlight with the Victorian Velvet Ink. Color the leaves with the Peeled Paint ink. Cut with coordinating die.

Stamp your Fence twice using your Smokey Gray ink. Shade lightly with the Antique Linen ink. Cut with coordinating die. Using a strip of acetate 2.5" adhere your fence panels, overlap the post in the center. Trim of the end of the acetate. Let dry completely. Trim along the fence lines so as to conceal the acetate.  When dry bend it around so the post panels line up and glue in place. You will overlap the post so that you only have a post showing on the left and on the right. Cut a strip of white cardstock 6/8" wide x 11 3/4". TIP: when glueing the next stage don't glue the strip on the fence post knobs as you will be sliding your decorative strips in afterwards) On the inside of the giftbag adhere inside the fence post about 3/4 of the way up, bend this over to the other fence post until you get your desired height handle and continue on the inside of your giftbag. You will have a strip that will run along the bottom. Bend into place. Using glue around the base of the fence and glue along the strip underneath adhere your decorative circle to your giftbag, hold in place until well set. Using your two decorative die cuts, trim of the slitted sections. Glue together so scalloped edges face outwards, adhere a strip of ribbon to conceal the joins. Adhere over the top of the handle and in behind your posts. Add a little glue behind the post to keep everything in place. Adhere your stamped tag and add a bow to finish your handle.

Adhere your flower strip around the bottom and trim when they meet. Adhere so that a little of the leave stems adhere to the bottom decorative circle it will hold the giftbag together more firmly. With the offcut tulips trim 2 to 3 tulips and adhere them up one side of the fence post.
