Instructions
Die cut 2 of your Festive Holiday Decorative dies using white cardstock.
TIP: when stamping with Pigment ink you
will have to let it dry or set with a heat gun before die cutting and coloring
to avoid smudging. Using your Peony Bud
and Blossom stamp set, stamp your small peony 4 times layered 3d effect.
Cut your card
base using the white linen cardstock 8 5/8” x 5 1/2”. Fold your card in half, I
like to run a bone folder over the spine of the card to give it a clean finish.
Trim the selected cardstock from the Sweet Peony Collection. Using your circle
dies, cut the circle center out of your patterned mat and using the next size
up cut a white circle.
Now you have
all your elements done, you can complete your card. Adhere your patterned mat. Adhere
your white Festive Holiday die cuts to the top and bottom of your card. Adhere
you first layer of peonies, using 3d adhesive adhere your white circle, then
using 3d adhesive adhere your patterned circle. On the top peony tie a bow and
adhere in the center. On the bottom peony I have fussy cut two layers to adhere
over the top. Use 3d adhesive between each layer. Using 3d adhesive adhere your
“Life’s Beautiful Moments” sentiment. Decorate with stickles as desired. I like
to highlight the stamped flowers and the leaves and baby’s breath on the
patterned picture.
Happy Crafting
