Instructions

Using white cardstock cut your base box to 12" x 12". Using a bone folder bone folder on the 4" mark and the 8" ink and turn and repeat. Cut out in corner to create a cross.

Using your patterned cardstock, select 2 sheets the same and trim the selected sheets to 3 3/4" x 3 3/4". You will require 5 for the front and 5 for the inside. Adhere with designer dries clear adhesive. You will require 2 more mats, 1 for the top of your box and one for the inside top of the box.

Using your sentiment stamps, stamp the "happy birthday" and the "let's celebrate you" 2 times each on white cardstock using Memento Teal Zeal ink and die cut with the circle die from the Furry Tailed Frolic Die set. Using the matching eyelet circle die, die cut 4 circles from the leftover cardstock. Using 3d dots adhere the sentiments to the matching circles. Adhere the sentiment circles flat on opposite sides of the box, 2 on the inside and 2 on the outside. Using the "have a wonderful birthday" stamp, stamp 4 times on white cardstock using Memento Teal Zeal ink and trim down to 3 3/4" x 1". Adhere the 1" strips flat on opposite sides of the box 2 on the inside and 2 on the outside. The outside and insides will look the same. Trim the striped cardstock down to 3 3/4" x 3/4", you will need 4 strips, adhere flat on the plain sides on the inside and repeat on the outside.

Using white cardstock cut 5 3/4" x 5 3/4", using a bone folder, place a bone fold line at the 3/4" mark all the way around, you will be left with a square in the middle measuring 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". Trim each end in a little to make a flap to adhere together to create your box lid. Adhere in place with designer dries clear adhesive. Adhere a patterned mat to the top of the lid.

Repeat the above step with 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" to create the inner box. you will end up with a box 4" x 4". Adhere a patterned mat to the top of the lid.

Using your Botanic Window die, die cut 2 die cuts. Line up each on the top of the smaller box lid. Adhere along the straight edge and run both into the middle until they meat, fold and adhere in place.

Using your sentiment stamp, stamp the "Happy Birthday to you" twice with Memento Teal Zeal ink and fussy cut, leave about a 1/4" strip along the bottom to fold to make a stand.

Using your Bamboo Leaves ink, stamp the Patchwork Daisies 2 times each size and the Patchwork Daisies in the Border set 2 times. Color the leaves in the Archival Vivid Chartruese and the flowers in the Pearlescent Lavender and cut with coordinating dies. Adhere the smaller sprays to the front and back of the botanic windows.

Adhere the sentiment to the front applying glue to the bottom lip and then using a dot of glue at the top of each sentiment push together to make a join.

Using the smaller daisy sprays, trim down to make 2 smaller pieces adhere one on the top of each side.

When your inner box is completed it will look like this.

Using your paper collection, select the purple border strips, you will need 2 strips. Line up the border and adhere around the edge of the box lid, 1 strip will cover 3 sides, then trim of and adhere the last panel and trim. Line up the larger daisy die cut onto the top of the box lid. When happy with there placement, bend slightly so the flower hangs over the sides. Adhere in place with designer dries clear adhesive on the leave and let the flowers float free.

Your box is now complete, add lime green rhinestones to your flower centers. NOTE - I have left the centre box float free, you can adhere in place if you like.
