Card Assembly

Your base card is pre cut in your kit, you will need to place a bone fold at the 9cm, then 1cm, again 9cm ,then 1cm (see diagram below), this will create your wallet. Shape and colour flowers and lily pads as shown using distress inks shabby shutters first and then bundled sage to highlight your lily pads and use spun sugar on your flowers, colour frogs using Copic markers G21 or G24 or a combination of both, colour your vine and fly with Copic E33.  Before adhering your front panel, place your ribbon evenly across the centre, tape or glue in place, then adhere your pink mats to each section not including the middle rear.  Adhere matching patterned mats to the each of your 5 sections, use the card pictures above and below as a guide to which mat goes where.  Adhere your flowers, lily pads, leaves and frogs as pictured or as desired. I have used glossy accents to place water droplets around your card, I also used glossy accents on the frogs and dragonflies and flower centres. I suggest you do this at home as it will take some time to dry and you will need to do one page at a time as it will stick together or run down the page if stood up.
Bone folding guide – red lines are bone fold lines.
